This monthly session is a nurturing space for mothers and children 0-3 years of age to connect. The intention behind this group has come from years of conversations with convert mums to have a special space of their own where they can speak freely, without fear of judgement about their challenges, and to reflect on their own cultural heritage. We hope to cultivate a space where you are relaxed and your attention is on your needs. Please bring wholesome food (nut free) to share and prepare to nourish body and soul while reciting dhikr and devotional songs.
